Edinburgh CIPD news!

I'm delighted to have received news that I am to present to the CIPD People & Organisation Development group on 21st November 2012.  The title is 'Building resilience and engagement', two areas I have been busy with so far this year.

I will have plenty to talk about, given recent involvement in an employee engagement survey in a manufacturing company, my resilience work in the education sector, and developing involvement in the Unreasonable Learners Group (with a focus on the management of organisations in Scotland).  I am looking forward to an enjoyable, interactive session with a great group of people in November.

Not that I'm wishing the rest of 2012 away, of course!
