CV Review

  • Want a winning CV?
  • Fed up with not getting interviews?
  • Not know how best to market yourself?
  • Unclear on what your transferable skills are?

The job market is intensely competitive, with more people than ever chasing fewer jobs than before.  This makes it vital that you have a leading edge CV that markets you as a potential employee, rather than just listing all the jobs you once did.  Your CV now needs to be in the top 20% just to give you a chance of a first interview.  We can help you with this.

How it works is like this....

  1. You send me a copy of your CV, and any other relevant information.  This should be sent to mark.eyre@brilliantfutures.net.
  2. We have a 90 minute coaching meeting, where I find out more about the kind of work you’re looking for, what your main career achievements have been, and any other information I need to produce your CV.  I also explain the qualities that a good CV will have, so you know what to expect.
  3. I produce your CV and send it to you.  We also agree a time for a second 90 minute coaching meeting.
  4. The second phone consultation focuses on any changes you would like to make, and we discuss any other potential improvements to your CV.  I will also answer any questions you have.
  5. I produce the final version of your CV, and send it to you.

“I have genuinely enjoyed working with you and I have no doubt your insight and experience in the recruitment industry will prove invaluable to me.  In particular I now feel in a much better position to tackle job hunting positively in the knowledge I have in the tools to present myself as a credible candidate in interview situations” - Operations professional
