Power & Influence

  • Does your day feel like a treadmill, with no way out?
  • Are you intimidated by more senior people?
  • Do you find it hard to say what you want or need?
  • Could the people in your life be more positive?
  • Do your key relationship seem difficult?

If you answer YES to one or more of these questions, it's time to empower yourself and develop your range of influencing techniques.

We influence people, whether we realise it or not. But are we influencing others to be 'on our side'? Do we think about how we influence others, or do we influence the way we always have?   The best business relationships take time, effort, respect and dialogue, just like any other relationships.

To be an empowered influencer means far more than just 'behaving when you need to'. Other people will see through that. Being ethical, authentic and showing personal integrity also matters.

What's on offer?

We offer one to one personal power and influencing coaching packages, designed to help you build on your strengths in this area.  A programme would be agreed at the start, and typically would last from 6-8 sessions of 1-2 hours each.    However, coaching programmes are tailor made according to individual circumstances.  Coaching can be delivered face to face, online or by phone.

Alternatively, for organisations or groups of people, we can offer a range of interpersonal influencing workshops, including the following - Assertiveness, Effective Influencing, and Voice & Body Projection.  To find out more about these options, please get in touch.

"My experience has been supportive, enlightening and inspiring and has helped induce great optimism for the future.  The ability to have a laugh and a sense of humour has also played its part" - Senior manager, Education

“I would recommend reading Mark Eyre's book 'Stand Up and Live' as the dialogue is written in a way that allows the reader to easily imagine what their own dialogue would be within a similar situation. I feel this enhances the messages re Ethical power that Mark wants to promote. I also liked that the ending is as thought provoking as the rest of the book. Thank you Mark for a 'different' self help book.”  - Heather Boyd, Business & Personal Coach, Artesian
