Personal resilience

  • Are you or your organisation suffering from change fatigue?
  • Do you find it hard to recover from setbacks?
  • Are you doing so many things that you've lost your sense of direction?
  • Do you feel like you're not living your own life anymore?

If you answer YES to one or more of these questions, it's time for you to work on building your levels of resilience.

We live in a world that is ever-changing, more and more, faster and faster. The boundaries between work and life are increasingly blurred, with remote working, long hours, and mobile technology increasingly bringing work into our homes.

Against this backdrop, it's increasingly difficult to 'be yourself', and to remain resilient. We face rising stress levels as change piles on change, and lose the feel good factor.  But, we rationalise, it's all part of modern life.

It doesn't have to be like that.

What's on offer?

We offer one to one resilience coaching packages, designed to help you tackle your own resilience challenges.  A programme would be agreed at the start, and typically would last from 4-8 sessions of 1-2 hours each.   However, coaching programmes are tailor made according to individual circumstances.  Coaching can be delivered face to face, online or by phone.

Alternatively, for organisations or groups of people, we can offer workshops on building change resilience, and on the effective management of change.  To find out more about these options, please get in touch.

"We talked of empowerment and this has certainly been a benefit I have gained from the process. I have also gained much from our discussions and now feel so much better prepared for whatever comes next. I am as we speak going for the bulls eye" - Public sector manager

"I would like to thank you again for leading a very enjoyable and insightful session this evening.  The content, presentation and learning were all very well received, and the time taken to prepare as well as present is appreciated (particularly as I know how busy you have been these past few weeks)” - CIPD
