Fiona Sykes (BA, PGDipCG)

Fiona has extensive experience of coaching, leadership development, and career management activities. Her projects include the development and delivery of a senior leadership programme for Northern Constabulary; coaching of senior police officers and delivery of executive team development programmes; design and delivery of professional development programs for academic staff at Strathclyde University; design and delivery of career management programmes in a range of organisations. In addition to coaching individuals, Fiona has run highly rated coaching skills training courses for organisations including Engineering UK. Fiona is qualified to BPS Level A, and is a consultant at the University of Edinburgh Business School.

Gill Lyon (BA, CMgr, FCMI, DipNMC, PIIC, MAC)

Gill is an executive and career coach with a keen interest in Emotional Intelligence and qualified to use the EQ-I/EQ360 tools. She has many years experience across all business sectors helping individuals to make career changes and working with teams within the workplace to think more creatively about their performance and self-development. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and is qualified BPS Level A and B. As a Fellow of and independent consultant for the Chartered Management Institute, she coaches and mentors all levels of manager who aspire to achieve Chartered Manager; an award she herself holds for her coaching, leadership and management skills.

Anne Rose

Anne is a highly experienced careers transition and outplacement consultant, delivering employment coaching and training both on a one to one basis and through group learning. She has an excellent track record  of success in driving complex projects to a successful business conclusion. Anne has maximised deliverable benefits through strong commercial awareness, and by constantly seeking to improve profitability. A qualified counsellor, psychometrically qualified, she is also an accomplished NLP practitioner.
